Why do you have to be so mean?

As most of you would know, Gordon Ramsay was in Melbourne as part of the Food and Wine Festival. But most people were aware of his visit as a result of a war on words between himself and Nine Network's Tracy Grimshaw. With topics such as his affair and failing business a no go zone, he hit back by making comments about Grimshaw's looks and sexuality. The battle hit the papers and the radio the next morning. I am rather disappointed at Ramsay's poor behaviour but others seem to disagree. Most callers to Mix 101.1's morning show felt his stand up was as, if not more impressive than his cooking.

Oh Ramsay, why do you have to be so mean? Didn't anyone teach you how to be a gentleman?
