A good deed...

Melbourne has been having terrible weather of late. We're at stage 3 of water restrictions because it hardly ever rains on this garden state. But when it does, most of us are unprepared! We don't have our umbrellas, our leather goods that should NEVER get in contact with water get wet, and we turn up to whatever appointments we might have looking rather disheveled.

Whilst waiting for the tram on a wet Tuesday morning, I saw an International student standing in the rain (obviously unprepared)...or maybe she didn't know Melbourne has the ability to fit four seasons into a day. I shared my umbrella with her and she just smiled...no 'Thank you', but I'm sure she appreciated it.

The simple act of kindness put me in a good mood and even after the working day was over, I was still excited to share the story with Big Bear. If you're ever in need of a happy kick, do a good deed! :)
